City of Marinette resident Norm Nelson is launching a campaign to become the Marinette Common Council’s next Ward 2 Alderperson and County Board Supervisor for District 24. Nelson says, “I want to give back to my community. I’ve raised my children here. I’ve lived in Ward 2 pretty much my entire life.”

Nelson says, “the intersection by Pierce and Main Street, having that closed off, is going to make it so much safer coming throughout that area.”

Nelson says that the housing crunch is a huge deal, especially in Ward 2. Two of the major housing developments have happened in his ward. The Wisconsin Spring Primary is Tuesday, April 2nd.
