At approximately 7:55 p.m. Sunday evening the Pound Fire Department reported a barn fire which took sixty volunteers, 11 water tenders, four engines, two ladder trucks, and three fill-sites. 297,000 gallons of water was used to extinguish the fire. All unites were back in service at 1:45am Monday morning. The barn was a total loss along with a couple animals. The dairy was able to save most of their herd.
