A plea deal is reached in a local drug dealing case. 41-year-old James Stefanovic II of Crivitz pleaded no contest to a felony charge of manufacturing or delivery of heroin this week. In exchange, the court dismissed two more counts of the same charge. Stefanovic was allegedly caught selling the drug in Crivitz on multiple occasions in May of 2016 as part of an investigation by the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Group and the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team. He’s now scheduled to be sentenced April 13th.
