Covid 19 case number continue to trend in the right direction in both the state of Wisconsin and Marinette County. Public Health Officer Molly Bonjean told the Human Services Board that there were only 60 new cases reported over the last 30 days, an average of two a day. But despite the numbers, she says we are not out of the woods yet, and people should not get complacent, and continue to follow the guidelines as far as masks and social distancing.
The COVID vaccination rates in Marinette County are similar to the statewide numbers, with 18.5 percent of the population receiving at least one shot, and 10.5 percent have completed both shots.
Bonjean says things have been running smoothly at the Community Vaccination Clinic at the UWGB-Marinette Field House which is a partnership between Public Health and Prevea Health. Although designed for 1500 to 1600 doses a week, the supply of vaccine has limited the number of people who can be vaccinated. Information on how to sign up for appointments is on the Public Health Website. Bonjean says if you can’t get an appointment, you should keep checking back as appointments can open up due to cancellations or no-shows.

My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
