02/05/2020- Two of the three suspects in a 2019 Town of Peshtigo home invasion have been convicted. Monday, 30-year-old Dallas Willis of Marinette pleaded no contest to one count of burglary of a dwelling with a person present while charges of threats to injure and substantial battery were dismissed but will be read in at sentencing. 36-year-old Laura Dahlin, also of Marinette, was convicted Tuesday after she entered a no contest plea to a charge of burglary-commit battery on a person and had charges of threats to injure, substantial battery, bail jumping, and possession of THC dismissed. Dahlin and Willis, along with 41-year-old Jack Swearingen, were arrested in October for allegedly entering a home in the Town of Peshtigo and physically assaulting the male resident inside. Swearingen is due back in court April 13th for a status conference while Willis and Dahlin will be sentenced April 9th.
