02/12/2020- A Suring man is in Marinette County Court on repeat drunk driving charges. 59-year-old Terry Delveaux pleaded not guilty to OWI 7th, 8th, or 9th at his arraignment hearing Monday. He was arrested on Christmas Day after putting his truck in the ditch in Town of Goodman. When officers arrived on scene, they could reportedly smell intoxicants coming from Delveaux’s vehicle. They administered a field sobriety test and preliminary breath test, which showed Delveaux’s estimated blood alcohol content at point-one-nine-two. He has six prior alcohol-related convictions on record. Delveaux is due back in court for a status conference March 17th.
