Public Health, Delta, and Menominee Counties will hold their annual community drive-thru flu shot clinic on Thursday, September 28th at the Spies Field parking lot from 11am until 2pm. Jennie Miller immunization and communicable disease coordinator for Public Health of Delta and Menominee Counties, says, “we want people to get a flu shot as conveniently as possible. Getting it in the comfort of your car is really efficient.”
Miller says, “to keep it running smoothly, we ask that community members come according to the letter of their last name.”
Limited mobility is not a requirement to attend the drive-thru clinic, and all individuals are welcome to attend. No appointments are necessary. For the safety of Public Health staff, they ask participants to please leave their pets at home.
