09/09/2019- One person is dead following a house fire in Wells Township last week. The blaze broke out Thursday night and when officials from the Delta County Sheriff’s Department arrived on scene, the two-story home was fully engulfed in flames. Once the fire was under control, fire personnel conducted a search of the house and located the remains of one person inside. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
