01/31/2019- Firefighters from both Michigan and Wisconsin battled a house fire in Menominee Township Wednesday. The fire broke out during the morning at a home on Elmwood Road east of Highway 41. Officials at the scene say there were people home at the time, but all occupants made it out safely and no injuries were reported by any of the responding personnel. The home is considered a total loss and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
