04/22/2019- It’s a one-stop-shop showcasing business and industry opportunities across Marinette and Menominee Counties this week. The Combined Area Resource Event Business Expo takes place Thursday inside Marinette’s Community REC Center, hosted by the City, Bay Cities MultiMedia Center, and the Eagle Herald. It’s the first year the event is being held locally and organizers say the goal is to provide a platform for businesses of all size to highlight what they have to offer and explore networking opportunities both with the consumer and other companies. Melissa Ebsch is Marinette’s Marketing and Tourism Director.
In addition to learning what these companies provide, attendees can explore the job opportunities that are available. Ebsch says several of the participating businesses, particularly the larger industries, will be accepting resumes on-site.
The C.A.R.E Expo runs from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Admission is just two-dollars per person at the door.
First Annual C.A.R.E Expo is Thursday
