05/29/2019- All this recent rain has led to a rough start to the season for many area parks along the bay. The Marinette Police Department has announced that Red Arrow Park is once again closed until further notice because of extensive flooding at the park in both the parking lot and lawn areas. Barricades have been put in place to restrict traffic into Red Arrow and the public is asked to heed these signs and warnings until the waters have receded.
