Rep. Mike Gallagher toured the Prevea Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus Fieldhouse Friday, and met with local health officials to discuss their vaccine distribution effort. The facility opened on February 22nd in partnership with the Marinette County Public Health Department,


Gallagher said “Rural hospitals face unique challenges in both storing and distributing vaccines and this partnership between Prevea and the Marinette County Public Health Department seamlessly navigates these issues and is a shining example of how healthcare systems in Northeast Wisconsin have stepped up to efficiently distribute the vaccine to as many Wisconsinites as possible.” 
An appointment is required to be vaccinated at the Marinette Campus Fieldhouse and all Prevea community vaccination clinic locations. Appointment availability is dependent upon the amount of vaccine allotted to Prevea Health by Wisconsin DHS. Vaccination at this site is not limited to Prevea patients.
