07/31/2018- A Wausaukee man is convicted on a drug dealing charge. A plea hearing was held Monday for 41-year-old Justin Pizinski who faced felony charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Amphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver THC, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. As part of a plea deal, Pizinski pleaded guilty to the Amphetamine and Endangering Safety charges, while the other felonies, along with several misdemeanors, were dismissed but will be read in at sentencing. Police allegedly discovered the drugs during a search of Pizinski’s home in March. He’s due back in court for his sentencing hearing September 21st.
