Some Menominee officials have big plans for one of the city’s most popular parks. An updated master plan for the John Henes Park will be presented at an open house event being held at the Spies Public Library this Thursday (January 25th). The public is invited to review and leave feedback on the master plan update and meet with design consultants. The construction of the Henes Park Lodge, which could seat up to 150 guests and would be available to rent for a wide range of events and functions has been proposed as part of the master plan. The open house will run from 3:30 until 6:30 PM.
