05/02/2091- A Marinette man makes his initial appearance in court on drug dealing charges. 45-year-old Melvin Torres- Serna is facing felony counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and maintaining a drug trafficking place after police executed a search warrant at his residence that turned up more than 38-grams of the drug. Authorities were called to the home last month after a nearby resident reported they witnessed someone crawling out of a window shooting a gun. The weapon, which was initially thought to be a rifle, turned out to be a pellet gun. About 4 grams of THC was also allegedly found during the search of Torres-Serna’s residence and he’s facing one misdemeanor charge for that. He’s due back in court for his arraignment May 13th.
