10/02/2018- Prison time is ordered for a Daggett, Michigan man convicted on a pot-dealing charge in Marinette County Court. Monday, 50-year-old Kurt Johnson was sentenced to eighteen months initial confinement followed by eighteen months extended supervision for Possession with Intent to Deliver THC. Johnson was arrested last October following a traffic stop in Marinette where officials allegedly found more than 3.5 pounds of raw marijuana along with marijuana candy during a search of his vehicle. Johnson will receive credit for four days served.
