A Sheboygan man is in Marinette County Court facing a repeat drunk driving charge. A preliminary hearing was held last week for 56-year-old Pascal Johnston who has been charged with OWI 5th or 6th. An officer noticed Johnston’s vehicle on the side of the road with the hazard lights on in Wausaukee in March and stopped to check on the driver. The criminal complaint states that officer could smell alcohol on Johnston and asked him to perform a field sobriety test, which he was not able to complete. Johnston blew a 0.134 in a preliminary breath test. He’s due back in court April 23rd for his arraignment.
