The representative for Michigan’s 108th District says he will run for re-election. Representative Beau LaFave made the announcement at an event in Iron Mountain over the weekend. LaFave says, if voted in for another term, he’ll focus on car insurance reform to repeal no-fault insurance and eliminating Michigan’s dark store loophole. Voters will head to the polls for the state house primary election on August 8th. So far, no other candidates have stepped forward in that race.
