An annual favorite is back this weekend. The Marinette County Breakfast on the Farm will be held Sunday, June 24th at the Carlson Farm in Peshtigo. Corey Kuchta is on the event’s planning committee. He says while guests will enjoy a meal complete with pancakes, eggs, sausage, cheese curds, milk, and ice cream sundaes, it’s not just the breakfast itself that brings families back year after year.
Between 3000 and 4000 people attend the local Breakfast on the Farm each year. Kuchta says it’s an important event to showcase just how much agriculture impacts all types of industries locally and across the state.
Marinette County’s Breakfast on the Farm is held rain or shine and runs from 7:30 AM until noon. Tickets are only available the day of the event and cost seven-dollars for adults and four-dollars for children ages six to ten.
