While there has been a lot of talk on the street about how Senior Citizens in Marinette County, specifically the City of Marinette and Peshtigo, will receive their prepared meals. I spoke with Olivia Cherry, Director of Marinette County Elderly Services yesterday and she says, “we really have the best interest of the Seniors in mind while working through these changes.”

“I just want to reassure them that meals are still going to be delivered in the same way that they have been,” says Cherry.

Cherry states that we are committed to finding a location in the Marinette area to resume congregate dining, where seniors can have a meal in person, take part in programs, activities, and opportunities for socialization.
