03/07/2019- A man from Marinette County is among the four arrested in connection with the February death of a high school student in Green Bay. 21-year-old Jared WIlliquette of Pound was taken into custody the day after police discovered the body of 18-year-old Federico Abarca who was allegedly shot in the chest during a drug sale turned robbery February 22nd. Williquette is believed to be the one who fired the gun and he’s now been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery. The others involved, 18-year-old Colton Kehoe, a former Marinette resident, 17-year-old Gavin Rock and 20-year-old Jarid Stevens, are also facing similar charges.
