05/18/2020- A jury trial is scheduled for this fall for the Oconto County woman accused of supplying the drugs that killed a Coleman man in 2019. A status conference was held Friday for 30-year-old Chasity Denny who’s being charged with first degree reckless homicide/ deliver drugs for allegedly selling fentanyl-laced heroin to Terry Westphal last February. She and co-defendant Brian Blasing have each pleaded not guilty in the matter and Denny’s five-day trial is now set to begin October 12th. If convicted on the reckless homicide charge against each of them, the pair could be facing up to forty years in prison.
