12/04/2018- The Marinette School District is meeting state standards on the performance spectrum. Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction has released district report cards for the 2017-2018 year and Marinette received an overall score of 69.4, earning three out of five possible stars. The district exceeded the state average in both district growth and closing achievement and graduation gaps. They also met the absenteeism rate goal of less than 13% and dropout rate goal of less than 6%.
