03/02/2020- Prison time is ordered for a Menominee man convicted on sexual assault charges. 24-year-old Jordan Etherton pleaded guilty last November to two separate counts of attempted criminal sexual conduct, third degree. An investigation was launched when Etherton’s first victim came forward to police in 2018 and it was during that investigation that prosecutors discovered evidence of a prior assault against another woman in 2015. Both victims are said to be from Menominee. Etherton has been sentenced to two to five years in prison.
