04/16/2019- Menominee Water Rescue began a new season Monday. According to a release from the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office, the water rescue team will be available 24-hours a day through November 1st and those needing assistance should contact Menominee Central Dispatch by calling 911 or 906-863-6614. The Menominee County Marine Patrol also began its season April 15th. This unit is responsible for investigating water and boating accidents, conducting boating safety inspections, responding to marine-related complaints, and assisting other law enforcement agencies as needed.
