04/02/2019- The lingering effects of winter mean April’s water bills for City of Menominee customers were estimated city-wide based on April 2018 usage data. City Manager Tony Graff says the large amount of snow and ice seen this year made meter reading difficult for this billing cycle. The actual reads will be calculated on the July 2019 water bill and water usage will be adjusted accordingly. That means either the user accounts will be credited if the April bill was over-estimated or charged for additional amounts used if the current bill was underestimated.
