07/30/2020- Tighter coronavirus restrictions will again take effect across Michigan following an continuous increase in COVID-19 cases. Governor Gretchen Whitmer has signed a pair of Executive Orders amending Michigan’s Safe Start Order and revising workplace safeguards. Those EOs mean that beginning Friday, statewide indoor gatherings will be limited to 10 people and bars will be closed for indoor service throughout Michigan. The order also limits outdoor gatherings to 100 in most of the state, but maintains those limits at 250 in Regions 6 and 8, which includes all of the Upper Peninsula.
