Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced an updated order from the Department of Health and Human Services which takes effect April 2nd  and continue through April 19th. The order will allow 20 percent capacity at outdoor sports stadiums, allowing the Detroit Tigers to seat approximately 8000 fans at opening day.  But gatherings for sports practice and competition involving persons age 13 to 19 are prohibited unless all such persons participate in a weekly testing program.  That comes amid increases in COVID-19 cases and hospitalization in recent week.
