As businesses continue to adopt new technologies, NWTC Marinette skilled trades and engineering workers are at the forefront of bringing that innovation to our communities. By providing pathways to continued education, NWTC Marinette celebrated current and future trades and engineering students throughout the month of April with various scholarships and events. Jesse LaBrosse, NWTC Instructor of Electro-Mechanical Engineering, says, “they’re putting these High School students in the competition against their peers to see who is better.”
Labrosse says, “NWTC has a lot of potential. It has a lot of opportunity. It gives you a chance to be successful in life.”
During those challenges, NWTC Marinette gave out three $1,000 scholarships and two Ralph E. Peterson Estate scholarships for $1,000 to area participating High School Students to use towards their schooling at NWTC within those programs.
