The Marinette County OWI Task Force was on the road last Friday. Officials with the Marinette Police Department say officers made 55 traffic stops resulting in 12 citations, 29 warnings, 15 equipment warnings and three OWI arrests. There were also three drug arrests and one warrant arrest. The task force is a joint effort between the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Marinette Police Department.
