Public Health Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) reports last week they held five clinics and administered 1974 doses (1192 first doses and 782 second doses) to those 65 years of age and older, health care workers, first responders, jail staff and pre-K through 12 teachers. Two of the clinics were second dose clinics held at Bay College, one second dose clinic was held at the Menominee High School.  First dose clinics were held at Bay College in Escanaba and the Pullman House in Menominee.

Additional populations who are now eligible to receive vaccinations include anyone aged 60 and over, anyone 50 and over with underlying health conditions, caregivers of children with disabilities, food and beverage processors, and agricultural workers.

Beginning on March 22, 2021 anyone over the age of 50 years old will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
