11/01/2019- The Menominee County Sheriff’s Office has identified a suspect in the 2016 and 2018 shooting incidents at the Stephenson Road Commission Building. 68-year-old Raymond Lee Betters of Powers was arrested Tuesday for making terroristic threats and aggravated stalking. He’s a former employee of the Menominee County Road Commission and is believed to be responsible for the shooting incidents in February of 2016 and again in April of 2018. Betters is currently being held at the Menominee County Jail on a 50-thousand-dollar cash bond.
