The 3rd annual Fishing Boating Outdoor Show will be held on Feb. 17-19 at
the Rec Center in Marinette, Wisconsin and will include many fishing,
hunting and camping exhibitors as well as boats, pontoons, powersports,
RV’s and campers. A full seminar lineup will feature presentations by
fishing and hunting experts. A Concealed Carry class will also be offered.
Youth activities include a trout pond, casting and fly fishing, archery, gun
safety and wildlife art.
Highlighting the seminar lineup is Fishing Hall-of-Famer Mike Mladenik,
Worldwide Hunting and Fishing Guide Joe Schlueter,well known Charter
Captain Lee Haasch and Whitetail expert Doug Kostreva. Other top
presenters are Kayla Sasse, Dale Lange and Mike Michalak.
Hands-on youth activities include the popular Trout Pond, Boundary Waters
Musky Club kid’s casting, Trout Unlimited fly fishing, Oconto River Bowmen
archery range, Wisconsin Hunter Education Instructors gun safety range
and a student wildlife art display.
Show hours are Friday 3-8 pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4 pm.
Adult admission is $8.00. Youth under 12 are free with family.
The Marinette Rec Center is located at 2501 S. Pierce Avenue just South
of Cleveland Avenue and East of the Highway #41 interchange. Parking is
free of charge.
