A Marinette man is in court facing a repeat drunk driving charge. A preliminary hearing was held last Thursday for 66-year-old Larry R Larmay who has been charged with OWI 5th or 6th after being pulled over by police for driving erratically in Marinette last month. After failing a field sobriety test, Larmay was asked to submit to a preliminary breath test, but was unable to complete the test. Larmay is due back in court for his arraignment April 23rd.
