02/14/2019- The Pembine man accused of killing his wife last month pleads not guilty. 55-year-old Gary Rogge made the plea during a waiver of preliminary hearing and arraignment held yesterday in Marinette County Court. He’s been charged with one count of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide for allegedly shooting his wife, 63-year-old Shelly Rogge at their home January 13th. An autopsy shows Shelley Rogge died from a contact gunshot wound to the chest. Gary Rogge says the two were playing shooting games and he was demonstrating a “quick draw” when his wife was accidentally shot. He’s due back in court for a status conference May 14th.
