The Marinette Police Department announced yesterday that a sex offender was being released in Marinette on Thursday. Noah A. Riley, 21, will be living on Cheri Boulevard, between Northland Lane and University Drive. He is 5-foot-9, weighs 205 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He must comply with all requirements of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, have no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victim, not to consume drugs and cooperate with electronic monitoring. This sex offender has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is NOT wanted by the police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public, according to the Marinette PD.
