12/03/2018- Those driving past Menominee’s Lloyd Flanders last week may have noticed people gathering outside. Members of the UAW Local 413 held an informational rally ahead of negotiations with the company over the new employee contract. A representative of the 413 says the two parties have been through mediation and the union is still pushing for more acceptable contract terms. There has been no talk of a worker strike yet. Negotiations are expected to resume sometime this week.
