09/25/2019- A not guilty plea is entered by the Keshena man in Marinette County Court on a repeat impaired driving charge. 53-year-old Merlin Wilber was arrested in May following a traffic stop in Marinette. A police K9 at the scene gave a positive indication for the presence of drugs and, after a roadside evaluation and talking with responding officers, Wilber admitted to being under the influence of marijuana. He had three children, all under the age of 10, in the vehicle with him at the time. Wilber was arraigned Monday and is due back in court December 5th for a status conference.
