It’s been a whirlwind of a year for Winsert Incorporated; in March Winsert completed its acquisition with Altus Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on middle market manufacturing companies in the U.S. During this time, Winsert also had a transition of leadership within its team. In April, Mark Coduti assumed the role as President from Trisha Lemery who has served as Winsert’s President and CEO since 2010. At a recent employee cookout at Winsert, I spoke with Altus Senior Partner and Co-Founder Greg Greenberg and Winsert President Mark Coduti and ask them where they see Winsert heading in the next five to ten years and the overall culture of the company. Coduti says, “as a team, we’ve had thoughts, ideas, and plans as to where and how we’d like to take this business. But really the holdback was the capital addition to do that.”

Greenberg says, “the culture within Winsert; that was something that was very important to Altus. When we recognized the strength of the culture that exists.”

In May of this year, Winsert won, for the second time, since 2018 Wisconsin’s Manufacturer of the Year Award in the medium-size company category. To learn more about Winsert or hiring opportunities visit winsert.com
