Since 2019, The City of Marinette Police Department has been holding their Community Outreach Program for the public. This is a five-month long program that has one class each month to educate the public on what the day-to-day operations of the Marinette Police Department are all about.  Marinette Police Lieutenant Jeff Cate says, “there are five classes that have a different topic each time.”

Marinette Police Officer Jacob Lindblom says, “before I was hired with the Marinette Police Department, I attended the first Community Outreach Program in 2019.”

The Marinette Police Department’s Community Outreach Program first class begins February 28th. All classes are free and open to the public to ages 15 and older. All classes will be held at NWTC in Marinette with free refreshments.  Pre-registration is required by calling 715-732-5200.
